"Why am I getting cancelation notices and bills for a policy I never opened? I got a quote months ago. Despite quote being reasonably priced I went elsewhere for convenience. So why am I getting emails and mail sent for a bill and cancellation for a policy I never opened? Seems almost shady; send a cancel notice and bill most people will freak out call and pay since insurance is kinda important and legally required. Scam to get new policy’s or just an error? Either way should not be happening."

"This office is a bunch of idiots who give you the runaround and can't seem to provide any realtime information. . .everything needs to be researched and they have to get back to you. Removed an unmarried, under 25, female driver from my policy and the premium went up (by about 16%) instead of down. And they couldn't explain why. . . Use a different office or even a differnt company."

"I took my DMV driver's test today & passed, and I had my 90 year old mom in the car with me who is still a driver and owns the car that's insured by State Farm at this office for a very long time now. When we arrived at lunch time, we were greeted at the desk by Michaela Fulenwider, who is the Office Representative. I explained to her that I'm a new driver & need insurance and she was able to add me to my mom's insurance account on the spot and was done in minutes with just a few clicks. There were no hassles, no third degree judgment like why I'm getting insurance with my mom's account, and Michaela never once tried to sell me any upgrades or anything to the account. My mom hugged a female State Farm worker (I'm SOOOO sorry I can't remember her name because it's a rare one, not to mention she was pretty) that was also in the office because every time my mom goes there, they all treat her like family, and are super friendly. I highly recommend this insurance company to everyone. In my gut, I feel they aren't there to rip you off and spend money on insurance from cars, house, etc..with the upgrades you don't need. They will sit down with you and explain which insurance coverage is best for your needs. Thanks again State Farm for looking out for my old hag, oops, I mean mom, (ha ha) after all these years, and I look forward to getting my own car soon when I find a good bargain and get my own insurance."
